We handle all maintenance and mechanical issues arising from proper use of the e-bike. If the bike breaks down due to improper or negligent use, you'll be responsible for the repair costs proportional to the damage caused. Normal wear and tear is covered under your rental plan. Specific damage fees amounts can be found in the agreement. To reduce potential costs, consider opting for our e-bike protection plan.

Treat the e-bike as if it were your own and follow all safety measures. If it gets stolen, contact our customer support right away. They will provide its location so you can try to find it yourself. If you’re unable to locate it, we’ll send a team to search for it. The customer support team can also remotely lock the front wheel of the Storm-2 bike. We also recommend filing a police report. To reduce your financial responsibility, consider getting our e-bike protection plan.

You can park your e-bike anywhere safe, as long as it doesn’t block pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Use bike stands, and always remove the battery and lock the bike—both are included in your rental plan. For extra security, don’t leave the e-bike unattended for long periods, especially overnight.

When you subscribe to a rental plan, you'll get either a brand-new e-bike or one in like-new condition, depending on what's available

Yes, we offer a Protection Plan as part of your rental for $29 + tax. This plan partially covers your financial liability for damages and mechanical issues caused by negligence during the rental period. It also reduces your financial responsibility in the event of theft by third parties. For more details on what's covered, please refer to the E-bike Subscription Agreement.

You have 24 hours to return the e-bike once your rental period ends. Failure to do so within this time frame will result in daily penalties.

You can pay for your rental using a credit or debit card issued in your name. We don't accept cash, checks, or prepaid cards. Please note that your rental plan will renew automatically and the fee for the next month will be charged if you don't cancel beforehand.

You have 24 hours to return the e-bike once your rental period ends. Failure to do so within this time frame will result in daily penalties.

You can pick up your e-bike at one of our offices in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia or you can opt for door-to-door delivery for $35 in these cities.

In other cities to get your bike, you need to arrange delivery, which costs from $99. We’ll deliver the bike right to your door anywhere in the U.S.

Please return the e-bike, along with all additional equipment and any other items rented from us, to one of our locations within 24 hours after your rental plan ends. Upon return, our representative will inspect the e-bike and additional equipment for damages beyond normal wear and tear. You'll then sign a Return Form to complete the process.

For split payments program you won't be able to return the bike before making all payments, including the one-time payment.

Returns are not available for used bikes.

The split payments program is open to individuals 18 and above who can provide the necessary documents:

• A US-issued ID
• A debit/credit card in your name (cash/prepaid cards are not accepted)

Note: Proof of address is not required unless you have an out-of-state address or no address indicated on your ID

You purchase an e-bike and pay in installments. First, you make an initial payment depending on the selected plan and a one-time payment of $99. You need to choose one of the following plans, with the monthly amount depending on the selected term:

• 12 months: $169 per month
• 6 months: $290 per month
• 3 months: $550 per month

After completing all the payments, the bike is yours.

Renvoie le vélo à l’un de nos sites dans les 24 heures suivant l’expiration de ton plan de location, pendant nos heures de travail.

Ton plan comprend un vélo avec alarme, support de téléphone, chargeur et verrou de sécurité. Un panier est également gratuit lorsqu'il est disponible. Moyennant un petit supplément, tu peux ajouter notre plan de protection pour plus de tranquillité d'esprit. Des accessoires supplémentaires sont disponibles à l’achat. De plus, le plan comprend un entretien et des réparations gratuits en cas d'usure.

Tu peux louer un vélo si tu:

• as au moins 18 ans

• possèdes US ID valide

• possèdes une carte de débit/crédit à ton nom (pas d'espèces ni de cartes prépayées)

Remarque: Nous n'avons pas besoin de SSN. Parfois, un dépôt remboursable peut être nécessaire.

Un justificatif de domicile n'est pas requis sauf si :

• ton adresse est hors de l'État

• US ID ne montre pas d'adresse. Nous effectuons des vérifications des antécédents de tous les clients. Si tu ne réussis pas, nous ne pourrons peut-être pas te louer de vélo électrique, ou nous pourrons te demander une caution
